It is an innovative science based institution which functions with collaborative participation of scientists, extension workers and farmers to disseminate and transfer technology developed in the laboratory for the field application at farmers' level and developing agriculture and allied sectors.
KVK Dibrugarh was established in the 2007. It is located in Romai-Kordoibam village covering an area of 16 ha. It is about 20 km away towards south-eastern direction of Dibrugarh town, the district head quarter, 8 km from Lahoal, a small town with a railway station and 15 Km from Dibrugarh Airport."
